Isn’t it ironic?

Just a short and sweet observation that I feel compelled to share with everyone. 

We watched the presidential debate on television last night.  I nearly rolled off the couch laughing when McCain said this:

“The Iranians have a lousy government, so therefore their economy is lousy…”

Hmm…  being a Republican himself with a Republican president currently in office and with his country facing the worse economic disaster since the Great Depression, should he have really said that?

To me, it was a classic open mouth/insert foot moment!
